**50-100% Service Cost DEPOSITS REQUIRED FOR NEW CLIENT APTS!**

** YOU MUST CONFIRM YOUR APT THROUGH THE SQUARE APP (VIA TEXT OR EMAIL) TO REMAIN ON MY SCHEDULE.**

**PLEASE NO COFFEE DURING SERVICE OR 4 HOURS PRIOR TO APTS** Shaky hands and Shaky eyes prevent me from insuring quality work.

***SICK POLICY***

Please contact me ASAP if you are feeling ill and your appointment time is near. I allow one reschedule with out the loss of initial deposit. Any further rescheduling will result in a $30 fee per reschedule. If you arrive to your appointment ill/sick  you will be sent home immediately & charged a 50% fee of service to the card on file.

*If you are caught removing your card on file before following my cancelation/reschedule policies you will be BANNED from services.

*Consent & Release forms (found on this website) must be filled out 10-15 min prior to scheduled appointment time. Failure to complete this form prior to service will only cut into the scheduled time we have together.

​

​

*Please come to lash appointments with a clean face (free from oils, serums, moisturisers, or under eye creams) as well as clean lashes. Note- I reserve the right to charge an additional $15.00 fee for lash baths prior to lash fills.

​

**CONTACTS CANNOT BE WORN DURING LASHING SERVICES**

​

*Please prepare to spend around 3 hours in the lash chair for full sets.*

​

-Note- You may wear your contacts directly after service but never during a lash procedure.

​

*Lash Fill clients must have at least 40% retention to be consider a fill. If retention is less than 40% you will be billed for a FULL set. 

​

*No additional guests are currently allowed to accompany clients during service at this time.  **SORRY this includes children.**  

​

*If you are more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment time, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment, pay a $30 fee, OR if this becomes a repeat offence, our relationship may be terminated by the service provider.

​

*Same day reschedules are the same as a cancellation, a $50 fee.

​

*Cancellations = less than 24 hours notice and will be billed at a rate of $50 to the card on file.

​

*No Call/ No Show’s are charged 75% cost of service fee 15 min after missed scheduled appointment. NO exceptions. 

​

*Nail Fungus- must be cleared with a legitimate doctors note before service may be preformed.

​

*PLEASE FOLLOW  ALL AFTERCARE INSTRUCTIONS as Gelly Gypsy does NOT offer

refunds on services rendered.

*In the event of dissatisfaction please feel free to communicate your dislikes to me directly as soon as possible for a correction OR schedule an “911 Apt” which may or may not be free or at a reduced cost per my professional digression.

*ALL discounts and promotions are time sensitive. Please see dates in each as all offers are LIMITED.

*Under Oregon State Law both the service provider and the client have the right to refuse service at any time.
